    Here is my progression so far:

    Previous goals:
    Sept 22-23: - lost total of 3.8 l
    Sept 29-30 - stayed the same...
    Oct 6-7: down 1 more to total lost of 4.8 (had wanted to lose 5 by now, so close).

    Next Goals:
    Oct 20-21: Down 2.2 more lb (total lost 7)
    Nov 3-4; Down 1 more lb (total lost 8)
    Nov 17-18: Down 2 more lb - (total lost 10)

    Not sure I want to weigh myself today after the Columbus Day weekend but I am starting over this week with total focus. I start a new job tomorrow & will finally have a set schedule for exercise

    Lost my beloved grandfather this week, it's been a struggle, but I'm attempting to stick with the program in the upcoming weeks. Also I get married in 23 days, wedding stress is threatening my eating and work-outs, but I'm pushing through it. Hope to have a better report and better results in the next couple weeks.     I have decided to measure myself today. I feel like I am active but the food/beer continues to be an issue. My weight does not seem to be changing much so I'm hoping my body is and by seeing a change in measurements each month I will have something to stay focused on

    Weekly Goals:

    Oct 20-21: Down 0.2 more lb (total lost 5) - I lost 5.6 total from where I started so I made this goal. This give me 2 weeks to lose another 0.4 lb. So I hope to do that and then some. Not changing anything this week.I may revise goals but that all depends on when I revisit this Nov 3-4.

    Nov 3-4; Down 1 more lb (total lost 6)

    Nov 17-18: Down 1 more lb - (total lost 7)

    Thanksgiving - would like to be down a total of 8 but we'll see!
