October Goals!!!!!!!

I will start it off my goals for this month is to lose 6 lbs n some inches,COMPLETE the 30 days to shred n will also be doing BeFit in 90(youtube). I have 86 days left to hit my 200 mark for my xmas challenge of losing 23 lbs only got 15 lbs to go. I would also like to be able to jog for 1 mile so will be increasing my cardio this i know will take time. I have been on mfp for about 3 months or so n have lost a total of 18 lbs.I really love this site it has really helped me understand what my body needs. So ladies what r some of ur goals this month?

    I think I'm good with just maintaining where I'm at. I did hit my goal weight. I'm not opposed to losing a little more though!
