    Is anyone interested in forming a team of 8 for Xmas fly the world. I did round the world in August awesome challenge
    Each calorie burnt is converted to miles and we move our plane around the world. It is great fun and just what is needed for a pre-Xmas exercise burst.
    Please friend me if interested it is great and helps up the exercise

    I'm 26, married, cat-owner, 5'5, weighed 185 this morning, aim of 140 ish, depending on what I look like when I get to that weight!

    At the moment I'm mainly tap dancing and doing DDP Yoga for exercise, although I walk 3-4 miles a day getting to and from work
