Surgery cost

Does anyone who has already had their surgery know how much your entire surgery bill was before insurance paid. Right now my ins. will pay 100% because I have met my deductible and out of pocket for the year, but I have a limit of $60,000 Does anyone know if the whole thing costs more than this amount. Thanks!

I'd doubt it's more than that. I paid out of pocket for sleeve in Scottsdale and it was about 23k. Since it was oop, it was discounted and I asked my friends what their insurance was charged. One said around 35k, and one said around 38k to insurance. So I'd imagine yours would be well under 60k.0

I think my insurance paid about 35K for everything by the time the PPO discounts were applied. I was in the hospital for 2 nights0
