Everyone ready to check in today? This is the last 3 months of the year so let's see how we do.
Drink 9 glasses of water or more. Be sure to log it in your diary. Keeps you on track. :happy:
Do something for an additional exercise this week even if it's just sweeping all your porches or your garage each day. Something you don't usually do on a regular basis. :yawn:
Do your regular exercise each day, weekends are rest days, make sure you log it. :bigsmile:
Be honest with ourselves on what we eat. Easy to forget that goodie late at night. If you eat it you can always post it the next day. Just post it.:grumble:
Don't stress if you go over your calories, remember it's a life change not a diet.:smooched:
If you think of a fun challenge put it in when you weigh in. Remember to keep it fun as some of us have physical challenges to put up with.

Gained .7 last week. Vacation starts Saturday. Looking bleak for the next couple weeks. I'll just try my best to not overdo it.

Count me in starting today.

My goal is to lose at least the 3 lbs I gaied since my lowest on
6/26/12 or more. I will peg for the 3 lbs though,which is 147. I weigh in on Monday's at home.

How did everyone do on their water and did you all do something different for exercise as well as your regular? I hesitate to explain what I did extra. We have friends here and they have 3 dogs. So two days last week I picked up all the doggie bon bons. I have two that added to it. Worked on extra training for my dogs. Refreshing their obedience. I will be doing that this week too.
Keep going on the water. Fall is here so lots of extra yard work to be done. Try to get some extra fruit in this week in place of sweet treats. The fruit will be slowing down soon. Apples are wonderful right now.
As you can see I didn't do so well. Frustrating to say the least.

My scale needs a battery!! I believe I lost a little since last week. We'll see when the battery is replaced.0

Weighed myself last week on a different scale showing a loss , back to old scale this week for a gain , but a loss from 2 weeks ago:laugh:.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I think with thyroid problems and another med that says "may cause wright gain" grrrrrrrr, I will have to do a lower calorie day. I hope everyone is doing well. Keep it up.

I KNOW!!!! I have decided not to weigh until I see my health person next week. My goal for this week is to more carefully monitor my calories, drink the water and try to up my exercise minutes. G. thanks for reminding us to be on the ball.0

No I am wth you both in spirit. This month I gained a pound andI just decided to try to be really accurate with logging in on home page. Just saying I am in a challenge that is not working for me seem another layer of frustration. If I can find the key to being stuck, I will jump on the bandwagon again. Also, this month I am so busy with various activities keeping up with logging, exercising and pals is enough of a challenge.
One good thing to report...went to a function and tried on a bunch of dressy tops. 2 that were a good fit were big enough to donate and some others that did not fit very well did ! So I count that as success.
