I am so happy that level 2 is finally starting to get easier I cant believe we are almost to level 3 already!! This has been so fun, I havent lost any weight but feel so much stronger and I feel like I have lost inches. I didnt measure before starting but did measure at the start of level 2 so i will check again at the start of 3. Hows everyone feeling today? I hope everyone wants to join again for November so we can all continue to workout together and see results

L2D7 completed... felt like giving up today, but I stuck with it. Thanks to this group It looks like I will finally complete 30DS this 4th time around . WoooHoo!0

Oh gosh I forgot to comment yesterday!!! Hit the shred hard I just really want to be ready for Level 3 on Sunday!!! Just gonna keep killing it!!0

I'm on L2 D7 and a little behind everyone but doubling up whenever possible so I can Finish this at the end of Oct just in time for Ripped in 30! But in the mean time I can't wait to finish L2. I really don't like all the planks you have to do here but it is getting easier.0

I'm behind too, but just don't have the time (nor do I think it's particularly healthy) to do it every day. However, I am going to go force out L2 D7 even though I'm highly unmotivated. Just keep going!0
