Okay someone gave me an INSANE Excel tracker for Insanity. Send me your e-mail address if you want it. This thing is so bad *kitten* that I had to share it. AMAZING!!! Wish I can send you pictures of it. WOW! And I thought I was an excel hot shot… this thing is built baby!

    I had requested a copy of this too when someone posted somewhere about it and offered to email it but never got any kind of response. I sorta wonder if it was some kind of scam in the making...

    If you google insanity spreadsheet, it's one of the first few websites to show up. It really is amazing. It allows you to track information for two people, and provides a graph for each to track weight, body fat, and a few body measurements.
