    Goal Weight (for challenge): 208
    Height: 5'10"

    Oct 15th- 218

    So far so good!!! Rough few weeks- traveled to visit my Grandmother (94 and has dementia, so that was... interesting) then returned to work to have a student pass away. It was really hard not to just eat my feelings, but I did it- with a few small exceptions.

    starting weight from start 76.5kg (169lbs)
    starting weight for this challenge 62.5kg (138lbs)
    Current weight 60kg (132lb)
    Goal weight 54.5kg (120lbs)

    So 6 pounds in total. Not long until my goal weight now :smile:

  • Haven't checked in, in a while, so I thought I'd say hello to everyone. Was ecstatically happy last Friday as I had lost a four pounds during the week, but then demoralized Monday when I put 3 back on. :-( Just have to remember it's a journey and not a sprint. So far this week I'm down a pound or two but this sure does go suh lowww.

    I need to be at 214 by end of October to be on schedule....sheesh, that looks like a long way away. :-(
    I've got two weeks to lose 7 lbs, hmm, it could happen.

    My ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge -- Is to hit my goal weight of 150 lbs!

    Starting Weight as of Sept 15th -- 173.2 lbs

    9/22 wt -- 171.8 (-1.4 lbs)
    9/29 wt -- 170.0 (-1.8 lbs)
    10/6 wt -- 167.0 (-3.0 lbs)
    10/13 wt -- 166.6 (-0.4 lbs)
    10/20 wt -- 165.8 (-0.8 lbs)

    Total wt loss for this challenge so far -- 7.4 lbs
    Total left to lose for to hit goal & challenge weight -- 15.8 lbs

    So close, but yet so far! :tongue:

    I've gotten off track a bit with updating my challenge groups but still coming along. My weigh in from yesterday

    Started @ 315
    currently at 301.5
    goal still 285

    I got a new scale that tracks body fat in both pounds and percentage so I will figure that in and add it to my goal when I update next week. I need to make myself a reminder on my calendar so I don't forget.

    Should be a good week for me. Plan to hit the Y for cardio and strength training Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat and Sun.

    Ate poorly. Had a family celebration and let it all slip
    Gained 1 lb.
    I have been good the last few days so hopefully I'll report good news next week.

    Things have been going well. It's been one month with my new Polar HRM and I absolutely love it. I feel like I have a better handle on my true calorie burn so that I can get an accurate picture of my net for the day. Foodwise, the Nutrisystem is great so I'm just going to keep at it.

    I agree. I am a little confused as to whether we are supposed to check in eack week or just on Oct, 15, Nov 15, & Dec 15. Those are the dates stated originally.
