Anyone got any good DVD's or workout plans they are following? I'm thinking about purchasing some to add another element to my strength program.

No dvd's or anything required. Just learn the moves and then make up you're own routine.
I have 8kg,12kg,16kg,32kg & 64kg. (getting a 24kg one soon) I'm also getting certified to teach KB classes in 2 weeks which should be great fun.
I love KB's and use them predominantly for conditioning but I can tell you that Ukranian Deadlifts of swings with the 64kg are definitely a strength movement!0 -
I appreciate it Chris, I'm going to mos def learn the moves and add it in the mix...0

Swings are amazing. The KB Power Cleans also look pretty solid. Goblet Squats are another one I like.0

Basic complex I like (weight of KB will determine reps but I normally do 10 per side)
swing L
swing R
Clean and press L
clean and press R
row L

snatch L

squat L
squat R0 -
Thanks, I'm not sure what weight I should start out with since my gym doesn't have them. I do DB rows with 45lbs so, I'm thinking starting of with 25 lbs kettlebells and work up from there or maybe go lighter and get use to the movements first.0

I think the 16kg ones are a good start for males. I got mine about 2 years ago and I still use it for the complexes like above. I use my 32kg for swings only and the 64kg for swings and Ukranian deadlifts.0
