Good day everyone,
I had 2 breakthroughs yesterday (1) a co-worker gave me a Halloween cookie from Panera (one of my favorites) and I politely said I would save it and eat it tomorrow (I have no intention of eating it at all); and I’m ok with that. (2) About 1 hour after my workout I decided to get a snack (my usual popcorn). As I was heading downstairs to the kitchen I said “I’m not really hungry; why am I getting a snack then?” I turned around and went to bed. This is major for me. I was rewarded by being down 1 ½ lbs this morning. Yeah!! I have 5 more pounds til I’m in One-derland!!!
Fire 30 and Tone 30 tonight for me. What’s everyone up to today?

Jacci that is AWESOME!!! You are doing an AMAZING job!!! Today is Fire 30 for me too, and I think stretch 10. My calendar is at home, I can't remember. Well whatever it is, I'm doing it...LOL!!0

Woohoo! Way to go Jacci! You are doing it girl! So proud of you :bigsmile: . I also had Fire 30 + Tone 30. Rocked it! LOL, today I'll just be focusing on what I preplanned for my day and maybe some Wii later and I have to sort out everything because I have to start packing tomorrow. This week is just flying by. Oh Jacci did I tell you my mom started working yesterday? I'm so happy for her! She isn't working at the place that I told you about before. She works at General Mills. I am so happy for her. You ladies have a wonderful day!
