    I am a bit of a of a numbers geek which I have used to motivate me things like:-

    I hve lost 31% of my body weight so far....

    And funny one is that about a month ago I had lost the equivelent of what my mother-in-law weighs now....

    I still have a long wy to go but it is more about getting fitter and the weight loss is a by product now.....

    Nise to meet other UK LGBT folk on here

    Yeh not too bad. Weight loss slowed down a bit. Been too ill to do the gym for a mth now x hows u x

    I'm fine ta. Ive stopped doing anything too strenuous now. I just concentrate on doing lots of walks.
    I've been at around target weight for about a month now. Quite pleased!
