Happy Friday everyone!

Actually, I thought it was Friday yesterday so I am late haha.

CW 135

No change for me, my body is just not playing at the minute. I went down a couple of weeks ago to 133.8, then went back up to 135/6 so I think I need to make some changes. My last two weeks have been a little lazy especially on the enthusiasm front so I am gonna get motivated. Join me anyone!!!!

    Weighed in at 199 this morning ! Lots of exercise and watching the diet. ..
  • Last Week: 202.2 lbs / 91.7 kg
    This Week: 200 lbs / 90.7 kg
    TOTAL LOSS: 2.2 lbs / 1 kg

    Only 1 lb to go until I reach my 1st "mini" goal (getting out of the 200's)! :D

    Note: I lost this after upping my calories from 1200 (before exercise) to 1300-1400 on Tuesday, so it really does work (for me, at least)! :)

    Weighed in at 144.4 so down 0.6 pounds was initially disappointed till I realised
    -I've lost 6 pounds in 5 weeks so average over a pound a week
    -I don't have much weight to lose to get to target so I have to expect it to be slower
    -I look better and that means more than numbers on a scale.

    been the same for a couple of weeks need all the motivation I can get going to do some seriouse grocery shopping and getting me a new scale the one I use is no bueno its at work and they use it for shipping stuff, so lets see what the week has for us good luck through the weekend :)
