I will be spinning on my recumbent. I have 5 days to lose 2 pounds and hit my goal. My hubby suggested 2 shorter rides per day instead of 1 long ride, so I am going to try that today.0

Today is actually a scheduled day of rest for me (I lifted heavy yesterday and lift again tomorrow). However, I'm taking a random vacatoin day today and will be out shopping/walking so I'll atleast get that in.0

Did an intermediate-intensity Strength-Yoga-Pilates-Cardio DVD, with emphasis on upper body strength. I'll also be doing my usual 3-mile round trip walk/run to work. Amazing that this is what a "moderate" day feels like to me at this point!0

15 mile bike ride on a windy morning was pretty intense but felt good!0

I've had a morning of planning meals & getting some things cooked up & in the freezer. This afternoon is physical therapy which includes some time on the recumbent bike. I'm sore from the pilates & time on the wii yesterday(don't knock it--its fun & burns calories!) so I'm thinking I am going to try walking up and down my backyard for 10-15 minutes as we have a very steep hill. Might rake some leaves while I'm out there but we will see.0

Working at the office today, and then going home to Clean like a mad dog (Hubby's having a poker party tomorrow night where he's invited the "boys", but also all of their spouses & kids, too. YIKES! Thanks, Honey!!! LOL.0
