Hello Everybody,
Sorry this is a bit late, I was taking a while decided exactly what to do for this challenge.
There is just the one challenge this week although it would be good if you tried to keep up with the previous challenges such as fruit and veg and water.
This weeks challenge is a bit different. Everyday complete this workout to the best of your ability. I hope that everyone can manage it but I thought we always seem to have cardio activities so time for some abs.

Sorry don't think I will be able to do this as I pulled my ab muscles yesterday at work been told to rest for a few days0

I do 3 of the 4 exercises (all except the standing lean sideways and touch the knee) in that video in my daily workout (JM's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD) but I I will try to add the extras in seperate from my workout every morning. There are a day a two a week when I don't get my BFBM workout in and I want to make *sure* I do this LOL.0 -
