So randomly one of my friends did an eating challenge recently and it looks like it would fit in perfectly with the regular MFP speed eating comp rules so I was going to give it a go next week. Was seeing if anyone else would want to have a go at it too.

Here is a pic of her meal

I was going to limit the cheese to 2 slices and bacon to keep it lower fat (as it will be a carb refeed for me) Sweet potato fries are fine also. They taste heaps better IMO

So any takers? FYI she didn't finish it but her friend finished it in 20mins. I'm pretty sure I will destroy that time haha.

What I was thinking.

I reckon I could do that in under 20 mins for sure. Minus the hot chilli sauce.

Cool. I'll get the buns, cheese & chicken. BYO SP & whatever mince you want. And maybe milk for a shake cause I use UHT stuff haha.

That's what I thought! I checked with Kirrilee and she said that was uncooked weight. I'd recommend you go lower carb for the rest of that day at least

Had to split it into 2 burgers as there was no way it would stay upright!

No vid but did it in 8min 14secs and was enjoying every bite
