For me this week was very confusing. I binged last weekend. Felt so bad that I went to doctor because of chest pain :ohwell: heart ok, indigestion not. I didn't run since Tuesday but I stayed within my macros. To lose this much weight and 2.4" is unheard of with my hypothyroidism.
So here's to keeping our goals thru the hardest challenge so far - Halloween candy:devil:

I've had some low calorie days so I haven't been consistently working out on the Treadclimber. As a result, my scale says I've lost a little muscle. Jerk. I need to commit to keeping my net calories at a consistent level AND doing at least 15 minutes of walking on the TC. My problem is, I tend to see the exercise as a calorie offset and not fitness for fitness sake. I need to find a better balance.
