GW: Undecided.... It depends on how much muscle I gain! I want to lose weight as in lbs, but mainly I just want to gain muscle and lose A LOT of fat, so even if my weight doesn't drop dramatically, that's okay, it's the body fat % that counts! And I don't want my body fat % to drop too low, because that's unhealthy in itself, I just want to get it out of the very overweight range it's currently in and back into something on the lean end of healthy.
Edit: I'm thinking about 106 though... Just because when I used to be at that weight, I looked and felt my best, I think!0 -

The reason why most of the numbers are strange is because I usually use the metric system, and it's really easier for me to set my goals according to that. But converting is no trouble. (: I really want to lose unnecessary fat and gain muscle - tone up and shrink my thighs and get rid of some stomach fat! I'm looking for a twin - someone with similar goals to me. Ive been a member for a while but need to pull my finger out and become more accountable:)
I got to Body Pump Classes twice a week and run nearly 8km (or 5 miles) once a week. I want to tone up more and increase my flexibility by doing pilates or Body Balance classes as well.
