I thought it would be inspirational if we all shared our progress pictures. From when you started until now & how far you have come in this challenge.
Just 130 days ago I weighed in at 277 and was wearing a size 24 and XXL in shirts.
Today I am down to 252. Can fit into a size 20. And size XL shirts (even in the juniors section)! That's only 25 lbs!!
I did this by cutting out ALL soda and juice. I will never DRINK my calories away again. With drinking water 99% of the time and an occasional iced coffee this has worked for me. Also eating really clean. Mostly fresh fruits & vegetables with a lot of protein. I have gone these past 4 months with barely any exercise and just recently started hitting the gym hard so I hope that it will help the pounds fall off faster....

This is a great idea. When I have some time I will see if I can upload some pics to show my progress so far. I haven't lost alot, my weightloss is very slow. But I'm feeling fantastic!!!0 -

16lbs down. See it mostly in my face in pictures but when I see myself in the mirror I can see so many other changes! I have gone down 2 pant sizes (size 10 jeans and medium yoga pants) and down 1 size on my tops to a Large. I carry most of my weight in my belly and can't wait for it to be GONE!! :happy:

I've lost a total of 30.8 lbs since starting my weight loss journey in April! I've lost A LOT from right around my waist (7.5in) and hips (5.5in) though I've still managed to lose 1in from my arms and 3.25in from my thighs. I feel a million times better about my body! I'm only about 1/3 of the way to my weight loss goal but I'm so happy with the results I'm already seeing.
