Would love to have some motivators who are doing/have done Insanity before! If you are, please, feel free to add me! Here are my fit test results:

Switch kicks - 40
Power Jacks - 22
Power Knees - 43
Power Jumps - 22
Globe Jumps - 6
Suicide Jumps - 8
Push-Up Jacks - 5
Low Plank Oblique - 26

As you can tell, I started really falling behind after the initial exercises! XD My current stats:

Height: 5'7"
SW: 180
CW: 177
GW: 130

I'd like to post a daily update stating that I've completed the work out to try to better hold myself to it! If anyone else would, we could help to motivate each other!

    First, welcome!!
    Second, awesome job!!!

The fit test is tough, especially the first time you do it. There are no easy moves! Your body isn't used to the moves and I don't know that anyone can really be physically or mentally prepared for Insanity. The exciting part comes in two weeks when you do the test again and see those numbers increase. It will be "real" how much stronger you have gotten. I have one workout left in my 7th week and I'm amazed at my progress.

Read the "I want to die" thread for an idea of things to come (soreness, etc) and things you can do to help combat this. You will be super sore this week, but keep pushing through and you will get over the hump.

Thanks so much! =D I just read the thread you recommended! I haven't worked out what I'll use as a recovery drink, but I definitely will be figuring that out after so many said it's a must! I just finished Day 2, Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Was pouring sweat by the end! Thankfully, I wasn't too sore from the Fit Test! Just mild soreness in my thighs, mainly.

That's awesome that you've made it so far! What was your starting weight/current weight, if you don't mind? You before and after pictures right now are amazing! You look soo good! Any advice on how you've made yourself get up every day and do this work out?

Thanks for the kind words! I started out using plain milk as a recovery drink because that's all I had. It has the ideal balance of carbs and protein. Then I got some protein powder and feel even better afterwards.

As far as doing it every day, I just made up my mind to do it. I've also been very vocal to friends and family and on FB about doing the program, so that gives me the extra umph to not quit. Everyone knows I'm doing it, so I have to rock it, right!! I don't mind sharing my weight. I don't fit into the "average" numbers that you see on charts. I have an "acceptable/average" body fat % but am still overweight by the standard charts. I'm healthy! Don't focus too much on the numbers. The scale says I've gained two pounds in two days. Uh, not. So take measurements and body fat and you will see those numbers drop, even if the scale doesn't show it.

My starting weight on MFP was 233 in January.
Starting weight for Insanity: 187.5 & 31.7% body fat
    Current weight: 176 & 27.7% body fat

I've lost a bunch of inches. Here are a few measurement losses....
    Waist - 2.5
    Hips - 3.5
    Thigh - 2.5 each
    Chest/Bra Line - 2.5
    Bicep - 1.5 each

Those are awesome results! You've come so far in a year! You've lost over a foot of inches! =D Muscle definitely weighs more than fat. I'm at 176lbs right now, and I don't look nearly as fit as you do!

I've missed two days in a row now. Life got super busy. Was barely at home. Should probably do my work out first thing in the morning so that I can avoid that! What time of day do you find it best to work out? I've never been one to exercise so, I'm very inexperienced with it!
