Just curious what blogs or sites you like for pregnancy- and/or parenting-related stuff.

This is one of the most helpful blogs (with links to a bunch of other blogs) I've found so far:

    http://www.babykerf.com/must-haves/

I like reading her main blog too:

    http://www.katheats.com/

And then (extra funsies), apparently, she is popular enough to have her own hate-following:

    http://smugnom.com/

I read both of those too, but I had never heard of smugnom.com - hahaha.

I also read the family section on fitnessista.com.

    Funniest pregnancy blog EVER
    www.pregnantchicken.com
  • Oh lord, I used to read KERF all the time before I realized ANYone could be as organized and eat so well/work out so well IF WE HAD ALL DAY TO DO IT. (Granted she *is* a mom now so I give her a few more street cred points) but geez, I just got annoyed and quit. Smugnom and GOMI (get off my internets) are mean spirited but kind of hilarious. They have a section on their forums ragging on 'mommy bloggers' so oddly you may find a few you LIKE from it ;) Or if you are like myself and work full-time or are, god-forbid 'imperfectly perfect', you will feel better by reading the cat ladies snark them. ha!

EDIT TO ADD: I also was convinced to try 'overnight oats' because she was so obsessed. Um, you guys, it cold slightly mushy oats. Uh...not...very....good, no ma'am....

I love Smugnom/GOMI...but it is such a guilty pleasure, because I continue to read (and get ideas/inspiration from) these ladies' blogs.

I totally tried the Overnight Oats too (which I originally found on Oh She Glows blog). Not a fan of them either. I just don't like cold oats. And it's not like it's really a time saver as it takes but a minute or two to zap oats in the micro.
