Yummy orange chicken- not breaded

8 ounces chicken breast cut into cubes like 1 1/2 inches or so. (For two servings)
3 Tbsp Smuckers Sugar Free - Orange Marmalade
0.5 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce - Low Sodium (more or less to tase)

265 calories
18 carbs
5 fat
47 protein

Spray pan with non stick spray (not included in calorie count). Cook chicken. Make a well in the middle of pan. Put marmalade in the center of pan and add soy sauce, mix around in the middle until melted. Stir chicken around with sause until chicken is fully cooked. If the sauce is to thick add a bit (tiny) of water.
Serve over rice or noodles, not included in calorie count.

We tried this tonight, it was delicious, we'll be having this again. I'll probably make more sauce next time.
