I know I am a couple of days late, but I have been busy, so I am sorry! I realized it is November 1st, so I definitely need to post our worksheet. Just fill in your name and information. I made it where we track our weight once per week until Thanksgiving, but feel free to enter whatever weights or measurements you have in the spaces marked Week 1, Week 2, and Thanksgiving Day. The worksheet will save automatically when you enter new information.

Nice job Smoodg! You are making great progress...
I'm hoping that my gain is due to the sore muscles from the weight lifting I've started in the last two days. I am taking the advice of all the posts and really changing it up at the gym to try to get motivated by seeing some changes. If nothing else, I FEEL stronger.0 -
