That was vile. I don't mind vegemite, but could not imagine eating it like that. It certainly is not my favourite thing to eat. I would rather eat a jar of Nutella.

LOL. He's a machine!

I actually eat a solid 5 tspns of vegemite after a big night out drinking. This + lots of water is my hangover preventative. HEAPS of Vitamin B in vegemite.

In the US, 5hr energy is easier & tastier though
