Happy Friday, Happy November!!!
I weighed myself yesterday and I have not lost anything, October has been a bit of a poor month for me weight wise. I have lost another inch over-all tho which is very positive.
So I am NOT weighing myself in November, which will be hard, but it means I will also (probably) have less cheats as I cant tell where it will take me. I still wanna check in here tho as its nice to catch up.

Current weight 143.8 so another 0.6 pound loss. Not sure why but I seem to be going down consistently 0.6 a week but hey I'll take it!

Current weight 136.5. Down 2 lbs since last Friday! This is the most weight I have lost in all my attempts to make it to my goal weight! Getting so close.0

I'm a bit late, but because of the medicine I take and the bloatedness it causes, I sometimes have to either weigh in early or later, haha. This was the latter.
I've lost 1 lb, successfully securing my place in ONEderland!
