    I've got lots to lose too. About 6 stone to where I'd be happy. But then another 3.5 until the scales would be happy !!

    Didn't realise there were so many with lots to lose in UK.

    I started off with 7 stone to lose, now it's down to 3.5 until I reach a healthy weight for my height and build, then it's time to see if that's where I stick :smile:
