Hello MFP friends....
Now that the colder weather is here, I am interested in using my Crock Pot and what can I make for one..?????
Any recipes, suggestions are greatly welcomed, I don't mind left overs and love bringing my own lunches to work......

Just google slow cooker recipes for all you need to know. Cook enough for several meals and freeze them in individual servings. I do this all the time. It's a great time saver.0
