Gained 3.6 pounds!!!!! BOO!!!!

Gotta fix that before next week.

    Like i said last week, To lose 3 lbs and 2.4" in one week is unheard of with my hypothyroidism. I'm thinking my scale is getting angry. Up and down the same four pounds. I weighed sat at 163 and today at 167!
    I'll take measurements next week because I know I feel thicker at the middle.

    I went from a 36" waist to 35.5" waist. Currently, I am using a measuring tape to get my measurements since I am in a No Scale Challenge for an entire month. It is tempting,but sometimes I don't want to look at the number on the scale.
