Wow deloading feels so strange. It all feels so light and the workout is really short. Anyway, filling in with pull ups, push ups, dips, jumping squats, kettlebell swings, that sort of thing. Began running this week also. Looking forward to cycle 2.

Unfortunately, I have been skipping the deload week. Last week was dealing with hurricane issues, and just couldn't get a work-out in....today I'm paying for it, as I did over-head press and I am hurting.0
