November 2012 Mini Goals

I thought I would start early with my November mini goal. Well I'm still working on October goal of logging in every day and using this site, but Novembers goal with hopefully help with this.

My November goal is to the lose enough weight to fit into these pants I want to wear on my vacation at the end of November. It's certainly worth a try. These pants haven't fit me since 2008 and were tucked away in my skinny bin of clothing and slowly items in the bin are fitting, I would like these pants to be next. Actually, I don't think that these pants ever fit that well to begin with.

    Thanks for starting this for November.

    My goal is to strength train at least 3 times a week. My goal is to get in cardio at least 4 times a week (playing soccer 2-3 times a week will help me reach this).

    Trying to only drink ONE night of the weekend.

    Weighing in Nov 1st so I will have my official starting weight - I think I will have to change my ticker as I believe I have gained weight since my last weight in which was in July!

    This may sound weird, but my new goal is to drink a glass of water in between every alcoholic drink that I drink. Im hoping that will fill me up fast and over the long run i will take in less alcohol (mainly wine!), meaning less calories!

    Also i've been pretty steadily staying under 130lbs recently which for the past year I have been bouncing between 126-134 but for the past two weeks i havent hit 130 once! so my new goal for nov is to keep that up as well!

    Also to continue to get back on track with water intake, and stick to 6 workouts a week (at least)

    My mini goal is just to lose 1 lb. by the end of November I'd be thrilled, it will mean that i have unlocked the key to my stall...

    I'm back after being very ill and being unable to eat, nevermind work out.

    My mini goal is to lose 5lbs by the time Dec 1 gets here. I want to enjoy Thanksgiving, so that's my splurge day.

    I also want to have 20 hours of working out in by the end of the month.

    my mini november goal will be to commit to a total of 3 hours of exercise per week minimum and eat smaller portions.

    i want to lose about 3 kilos in this time!

    My november mini goal is to get to 170 on the scale. I want to be at 155 by February when I go dress shopping (EEK THAT IS SOON!!) but I need to stay on track. I didn't count calories on a 3 weeks family vacation for most of October and lost 3lbs, so my eating habits are sticking, but I need to amp up exercise and keep eating healthy.

    My wedding is exactly 5 months from TODAY!! EEEK..

    November Goals:
    -Make it to crossfit 3x/week minimum.
    -Run 2x/week minimum
    -Be under 140 by Thanksgiving (2.6 lbs)
