My goal this week is to work-out at least five times -- either two boxing classes and three runs (of 3+ miles each) or three classes and two runs. What's your goal?

Mine is to do all 70,000 steps and visit my new gym at the first time. I prefer to workout outside but it starts getting dark at 4 here so winter workouts are a bit tougher.0

My goal for the week is to make a Thanksgiving dinner which focuses on healthy side dishes and to have ONE serving of dessert. That seems like a modest and achievable goal!0
