Day 10 ...... Level 2! .... DONE!!!!!


So today was Day 10 of Level 2 for me :-) ..... Wow I cannot believe I got thru 20 Days of The 30 Day Shred!!!!


Level 3 ... Here I Come :-)

    yay i'm done with level 2 as well! wooo, didn't think i'd make it. so glad to be moving on to 3 though, hated this level. level 3 looks hard as hell though.. can't wait :D

    I will be doing Day1/Level 3 this evening after work. Exciting and kind of nervous to see what she is going to have us doing. Happy Shredding everyone, we are almost there!!

    I'm still here!! I have day 8 level 2 today.... i mentioned before I had 2 5K races the past few weeks so I fell behind because of training but was still shredding on days I didn't run!! How is level 3?!?
