Looks to me like a lot of peeps are ready to get that weight off! Ten pounds in 6 weeks is so doable. Don't doubt for a moment that you can do it. Believe in yourself. I've always said, you listen to yourself more than anyone else. So start talking to yourself about how successful you're going to be. Postive thoughts will produce positive results. Don't defeat yourself. But at the same time don't expect it to happen by itself. Use this website to your advantage. Log, log, log, it's essential for losing weight. Log EVERYTHING!!! Keep note of the weeks you lose more weight. What did you eat that week? Have you noticed that you don't lose weight when you eat certain foods? For me I know if Ieat protein bars, I won't lose weight, so I avoid them. If I keep my menu simple, I lose more weight. Did you log today?
Welcome to you all and I hope that you will find great support from all the people who have joined this group. I refuse to gain the typical 10lbs that I normally gain during the holidays. Just keep in mind, that 10lbs is just about a size in clothing. Imagine being a size smaller in 6 weeks!!!

Yep. Exercise logged. Diary is next. No eating late for me. I have to divide my calories so I'm not hungry at night!!!0

I'm on a JUDDD 'Down Day' today....(known to some as either a 'fast day' or a CR Calorie restricted day)..so will be under 500 cals for the 24hr period...so I am confident that today will be good. I shall be doing my usual slow walk (Joint problems & a long term injury to my ankle restrict me somewhat) and then get some punching bag in. Food logged, exercise will be later.
So Day one looking good. We can do this0 -
DAy one went well, planned and logged everything! Today will be mroe of the same, but I am going to try to work in a walk in the woods with the dog.0
