Hold on, that says to add drain holes, and then says to fill the frame with frame saver and plug the frame up...
I never put frame saver in my steel bike when I got it, should probably do that this year.0 -
Somehow I'm betting that BikeRadar won't warranty your frame if you mess it up by doing this.
My steps for preparing my bike for winter:
1) Put nice bike on rack
2) Ride old beater bike on trainer for next 4 months0 -

it's called keep riding and be mindful of keeping clean and lubed..... ride on baby!

Much more benefit to what you do after a ride than what you do before the ride.0
