I was wondering if anyone would be interested in joining me Thanksgiving morning at Arvest park in Springdale for the 5k/1 mile walk Turkey Trot. It is a fund raiser for the springdale- shop with a cop- I'll be doing the walk & thought it would be a great way to sneak in an early calorie burn befor the eating begins!

There is a web site. Put in Turkey Trot 2012 springdale. Maybe someone with a 'puter can post a link. My son ran the 5k last year & had a great time, I'll be walking as my knee is really bothering me after my little "spill" at Hobbs a cpl weeks ago0

I will try and do the walk with you. No more 5Ks for this boy till I heal up some more. Sounds fun!
