Lots of new peeps on here. Here's how it works. Be sure you have a beginning weight for this week. We will have weigh-ins every Monday morning. So next Monday, I'll post a weigh-in thread and you can post your losses for the week there. I know that some of you have already lost 2lbs and the week isn't even over yet!! Very exciting.
So, how was your day today? Your challenge this week is to LOG< LOG< LOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it sounds simple, but it's essential. Give exact measurements of your foods, every BLT (bites, licks, tastes) are you keeping track of every morsel??? Change your settings on your diaries if you need, to reflect what you're doing for the week. How many pounds per week are you striving for? How much exercise do you plan to get per week? Adjust it to reflect actual activity so you can get an accurate calorie count to strive for. By all means, GET MOVING!!!
I personally had a great day. There were several times I wanted to binge on some fun size candies. My day at work was driving me nuts. But every time I looked at that candy I remember my committment to my 10lb loss for the next 6 weeks. I have to start now, not in 6 weeks. Get er done peeps!!!
