Day 3 Success already!

I am really excited about this group. I am seeing logging of food diaries and exercise. I'm seeing people who never exercise, exercise. I'm seeing people who usually exercise, beast it. But more importantly I'm ALREADY SEEING LOSSES!!! I'd say at least half of the people in this group have already lost a pound or two and a few people three and four. WOW, way to go peeps! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ARE YOU MOTIVATED YET? ARE YOU COMMITTED YET?

Keep up the good work. We weigh in next Monday so keep track of what you've lost this week!!

    I am trying my hardest to work out to my fullest! even if it means taking a break part way through a sweat sesh... if it means 2x as long of a work out, then I'm doing it!! let's just hope the scale shows the proof!

    This group has flipped a switch for me, for sure!! I am so happy it's here and can't wait to carry this over in to the new year!

    Day 2---685 calorie burn--35 min. A.J., 35 min. lap
    418 food deficit=1677
    19/09/12
    Day 3---605 calorie burn--35 min. A,J., 35 min. lap slow but strong
    377 food deficit=1638
    *1 pound lost=168.6 ! ! !

    I notice no one else is posting dailies which is fine. This just helps me stay excited and have all the figures right in front of me! "GOAL" Booyah!

    Weight bounces daily so I am up a pound from yesterday but that is normal after my larger than normal workout. Today was a "rest" day: Friday AM Cardio - Elliptical 34 minutes and 534 calories burned and today completed by 18th straight week of working out everyday before work. 5AM has never been so kind.

    Crush today and drink deeply of the life extracted.
