Spreadsheet for Weight Tracking

I created a spreadsheet on Google Docs. The changes will save automatically every time you update your weight. I'll be sure to adjust the formula every week so it subtracts properly.

There's room for 200 participants. I can add more if necessary.

Sorry - that was me...I saw your post, but didn't look at the time. Was anxious to add my info!0

Ready. Finally. :-P I kept screwing up the columns.0

Because of the way the formulas are laid out, you'll have to enter your starting weight under both "Starting Weight" and "Week One 11/6". I missed that redundancy, and changing the formulas will take forever. It'll start subtracting when everyone enters their weight next week.0

it appears the spreadsheet is in a "veiw only" state...you will need to open it to the public, so we can all enter our totals! :bigsmile:0

Thanks, I was wondering why it wouldn't let me add anything0

Is it working? I changed it this morning. It should be public now.0

The spreadsheet is public, but we are not allowed to edit. You should just have one check mark to make, I believe it is "anyone can edit". Thanks for making it, looks great!!!0 -
Maybe I am dumb but I cannot figure out how to input the info?? It won't let me??0

Oops. It's blocked at work. I promise to fix it when I get home tonight. I could have sworn I changed it to "edit" today.0

Thank you for doing that! You are awesome!0

There! It should be good to go. Finally.
This is my first time using Google Docs, so there was a bit of a learning curve. *blush*0 -
Thank you, it worked great!0

You're welcome. It's fun to watch the numbers come down as a group/team. I use Thintopia for the same reason.0

added myself
really hoping to shatter my goal0 -
This is great! Thank you! Added myself0

Remember: the weight for Week One should match your Challenge Starting Weight. I had to do that to get the formulas to work.0

Thanks for giving me the incentive to give myself a Christmas present! I am looking forward to achieving that present!0

I put a note on the spreadsheet, but just in case you don't see it...
Don't enter a number under "Weight Lost", "Total Weight Lost", or "Total % Lost". Those fields have hidden formulas that will automatically compute the numbers. When you enter your weight next week, for example, it'll automatically show you've lost 1, 2, 3, whatever pounds in the total.
If you type a number there, it erases the formula and just keeps the number you type there. That will keep the sheet from computing any of your numbers. You CAN do the math if you want, but why?0 -
Just giving this a bump0
