It's moving are you?

Morning Peeps! The weekend is upon us and for me it's a 3 day. My scale is moving is yours? If it's not then you need to change things up. It could be something really simple like only drinking water during the day. I usually just have my coffee in the morning and then water for the rest of the day. I'm saving my calories for something I really want besides a drink. Are you moving yet? Can you manage at least 30 minutes of exercise a day? Doesn't seem like much but it can make a difference. Have a great day and let's do this!!

My scale moved! In the wrong direction though. But daughter made cookies last night, so that didn't help. I am going to do the only water this week, besides my coffee. Haven't been able to go to the gym. Gas rations here, so can only get gas on certain days, and gym and back is like 40 minutes, so not going until restriction and shortage is done. Gotta get busy here at home! You are doing a great job Darlene and such a positive motivational friend! Next week, my scale will move in the right direction!!0

Hey Chick ! Gonna have twins for a few days so we'll see how the scale looks on Monday !!! Weather will be pretty nice so hoping to get outside this weekend with them ! I don't weigh everyday ! Love you for doing this ! ❤0

I gained back the .5 loss and it is because I fell into old habits of nibbling after logging out. I am going to be more aware. Busy day and am going to DJ, so that also burns calories because it is all live and in the moment. Heading out for a 20 minute spin to get the body going. Already have a healthy Chicken Korma (homemade) pulled out of the freezer so that I have a meal when I get home this evening... NO SNACKING!0

Be sure to watch your sodium intake as well. Sodium can give you water gain which can be discouraging. But water you'll lose in a day or two, drink up!0
