Hi guys, I have a few friends some of which are in the US, I don't mind this but would love more friends from the UK. I am 5ft7 208Ibs still have a lot more weight to loose until my goal weight. I would love to have friends who like to chat about other things, like how their day is going or what they are up to at the weekend, it takes my mind off food! Please feel free to add me! Thanks

    I have just joined and have bought the aria scale to beat any self deceiving eeek!!..so this could be interesting, at present weigh 276 pounds and 6ft tall, down in Cornwall near Redruth if any walkers need company.

    I'd love some more UK friends! I'm Kate, 5'10', 160, south west London. I'm mostly done with losing weight (although I'll take it if I keep going down!) and am working on my fitness and trying to start strength training/fat reduction now.
