    My average weight loss has been 1.52 lbs a week. If this trends continues I am going to be 3 lbs short of where I hoped to be for the Christmas challenge. I sure would like to be there for Christmas so I'm going to have to figure out a way to achieve other than starvation 'cause it doesn't work...lol.

    I let too much slide with my eating this week. And it shows on the scales, I gained a pound. Time to tighten down again. :-)
