Okay ladies and gentlemen, I am back. Hurricane, Super Storm, whatever Sandy really messed up my routine for two weeks but I am back!!!
This week's challenge is mileage!!!
Example:
Monday - 1 miles
Tuesday - 3 miles
Wednesday - 4 miles
Thursday - 5 miles
Friday - 4 miles
Saturday - 3 miles
Sunday - 2 miles
Total 22 miles! Love the number 22!!
If you are using a bike than you must double the mileage!!!!

4 Miles on bike = 2 miles
2 Miles on Treadmill
3.5 Miles on Elliptical
Total 7.50 -

I don't know if I'm going to be able to finish this challenge. It's freaking raining here. WTH, I live in the desert. It's not supposed to rain until December! Hopefully I'll find a break in the weather tomorrow & Sunday mornings and try to bust out 5 or 6 miles each day!0

I feel like I'm failing at this challenge... only completed 12 miles this week so far :sad:0

I completed all 22 miles!!! It was a tough one to do because my iPhone was not working and I had no music while at the gym and I was freaking bored, but I did it!!!
