Looking for good biscuit recipes

I am wanting to find a biscuit recipe that does not have a weird texture and actually tastes and looks like a real biscuit. I need one without dairy products or gluten, or sourghum, or quinoa. Anyone have anything??? I have had the bisquick gf biscuits but they have a texture to them.

The exception was I substituted Cup 4 Cup gluten free flour for the all purpose and i have to tell you they were almost as good as my mama's. Light and fluffy.0
