I hope everyone is doing great! I just wanted to share this. I was contact by the editor of a Magazine named Beyond Limits before I did the Ironman. They asked if I would write an article for them about my journey w/ MS. It was published last week. If anyone is interested in reading it - please feel free to share w/ your friends as well.
The underlying point of the article is basically do not let MS define you, use it to empower you.

Rob, thanks so much for posting the link to your story. I read it, and it is so motivational. I, too, gained a lot of weight with my second interfuron. I joined MFP, to try to get it back off. I am starting Tysabri in a couple of weeks. I hope I have as good of a result with it that you have had.
