Wrong Routine

Workout A
Barbell Squat 5x5
Bench press 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5 (The app and the PDF call them that but they are actually pendlay rows).

Workout B:
Barbell Squat 5x5 (5 sets with 5 reps)
Overhead press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5 (1 set with 5 reps) '

I did totally wrong routine which was Bench press 5X5 (55ib), Barbell Squat 5X5(55 ib), Deadlift 5X5 (55ib), and this is my first week!!. I watched "Stronglift" first, and I did this routine. I realized what I did was way too much, especially for deadlift. By the time, 3x5 on deadlift, I was really feeling on my butt and legs.....

    I made the same mistake my first week! Paid the price, couldn't walk or sit lol!

    Hi, Nightnurse2. I am glad that I was not the only one did this. Now I am having lower back pain. AWWWW. Doing ice etc. I hope it is just strain. So You are nightnurse too? I am. :)
