Ultimate goal is to get my eating and exercise in sync. It's always one or the other I do good at, never both. want to lose 13 lbs by Dec 15 or Christmas or December 31.

    I am seeing inches being worked off, but not pounds. I need to learn to not only depend on the scales.

    Week 1 = 222. :(
    Week 2 = 220
    Week 3 = 215 yay!
    Week 4 = 215 :(
    Week 5 = 216.6. Oh no!
    Week 6 = 213.6 yay!
    Week 7 = 217.2. BOO!!!
    Week 8 = 215.4. :)
    Week 9 = 214.0. Slowly moving downward ...
    Week 10 = 213.6 creeping down

    Goal weight = 199 for challenge

    I'm on vacation in Miami this week. I weighed in at 163.5 last thurs. missed sat weigh in and I dread the next weekends weigh in because I am truly enjoying the restaurants here. I'm making wise choices but you know how eatting out goes.:grumble:

    Challenge Goal Weight: 208
    Height: 5'10"

    Week 1 (9/25)- 222.
    As of 10/31- 214
    As of 11/15- 210.6
    As of 11/21- 207.8

    I'm not redoing my measurements until the end of the 3 months, but I loving seeing everyone's progress!

    From my first weigh-in my weight went way up. It took time but I've finally settled at a number below my starting weight. Any progress is good news! My goals were conservative for the Dec 15 deadline and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna make it (:
