Hi All!

I'll be transitioning to Bari Soft this weekend and will be in that stage over Thanksgiving.

Any suggestions for food that day? I'd like to participate a little with the fam while staying on program.

    Are you allowed to eat pureed stuff? You could pop some things in the blender to eat. Try to stay as low carb as possible. I'll be in the same situation. I am starting the pureed/soft stage on Thanksgiving day. I'm gonna puree some stuff in the blender to eat, but it depends on what your doctor will allow.
