Goal weight for New Years 150.

It has been a rough couple of weeks. I don't know if it is the time change or the colder weather or what, but I am hungry all the time and I feel as if I want to just curl up with a book and sleep. Hopefully this week will be a little better.

    Pounds dropped - 13.6
    (I say "dropped" rather than "lost" because I have no intention of finding these pounds again!)

    Pounds to go by 12/31/12 - 1.4 lbs in 6 1/2 weeks to reach 15 week goal weight of 156

    Since August 3rd (15 weeks ago), I have shed 31 lbs!!!!
    I think I'm going to revise my goals. I am hoping to be at 156 by Thanksgiving next week. By New Year's, I'm going to say 149.8 so that I can "afford" holidays, holiday parties, and my birthday. I'm saying .8 because my goal is to be under 150 by any degree.

    REVISED lbs to go by 12/31/12 - 7.6 lbs in 6 1/2 weeks to reach 15 week goal of 149.8

    I am doing The PINK Method as well as tracking calories. I notice that the foods I eat matter just as much as the calories I eat. Such as, eating 1280 calories of pizza doesn't react on the scale the same way as 1280 calories of good, nutritious food. You still drop weight, but the better I stick to The PINK Method, the more weight I drop. The program focuses on "clean eating" (less processed) and an exercise regimen. It's really quite awesome! However, it takes some serious dedication!

    Haven't checked in because I appeared to be in a slump and was aggravated. Here is where I am.

    Week 8 weight: 205
    GW: 187
    UGW:130

    Am really hoping that the holidays don't cause me to go back up, Will just have to wait and see.
