I am so proud to annouce that within my first week on being on here and also doing my no red meat only chicken, turkey and seafood I have lost 3 lbs. Yeah!!!

Thank you all I am now at 8 lbs down. My goal is to do 10-12 pounds a month to lose between 84-100 lbs by 7/1/13.0
