I'm going to go ahea and post this tonight since I have an early morning meeting. This is week 2 weigh in. Please post your totals!

2.4lb loss this week for a total of 5.9lbs.

Right on track with a 1.5 lb per week loss. I saw 245.0 on Saturday but that was after my run and doesn't really count yet.
Keep up the hard work and push a little every day. Christmas will be here soon. Each day counts!!0 -

I gained almost a lb, because of my irregular eating while traveling. But now I'm back home and will get right back to it. Hopefully next I'll show a better result.0 -

My scale was pretty still this week as well. A little sad but still motivated. :ohwell:

I get temporary gains when I increase my exercise. Keep working at that level and the temporary gain is gone and it takes some fat with it. That has been my pattern since I started. Not even frustrating any more because its just my body doing its thing0
