I'm going to go ahea and post this tonight since I have an early morning meeting. This is week 2 weigh in. Please post your totals!

I'll post mine tonight.

2.4lb loss this week for a total of 5.9lbs.

    Right on track with a 1.5 lb per week loss. I saw 245.0 on Saturday but that was after my run and doesn't really count yet.

    Keep up the hard work and push a little every day. Christmas will be here soon. Each day counts!!

    I gained almost a lb, because of my irregular eating while traveling. But now I'm back home and will get right back to it. Hopefully next I'll show a better result.

    but down 2 inches off my waist so i guess i failed at losing lbs but i at least lost some inches

    Looking good peeps. For those who gained, it is NOT a failure. Stick with it. A small gain could be water gain. Too much sodium. Hang in there!

    My scale was pretty still this week as well. A little sad but still motivated. :ohwell:

    New weight 212.2 = 0.6 lbs lost

    I get temporary gains when I increase my exercise. Keep working at that level and the temporary gain is gone and it takes some fat with it. That has been my pattern since I started. Not even frustrating any more because its just my body doing its thing
